House Plants Bushes

Need ideas for plants / shrubs / flowers in your garden again.?

We've just bought a house and most of the plants and shrubs in the yard are dead. I'll just throw it for now. Does anyone have any ideas for hearty plants that can last year? And when the best time to plant them? We live in Virginia and the temperature is lowered into the high teens, low 20 in the winter and up to 90 high in the summer. Thank you!

Although you get down in the twenties, during the winter months, when soil is not frozen, you can get some evergreen trees and shrubs planted. Chigger treatment household and shipyards can not be something most people give much thought to. But the fact the matter is, many homes and yards are a bedbug problem.

The sad reality is that if a house is a dive for chiggers is probably the occupents own fault. Do not point the finger. But living here?

# 2. All clothing is removed in the fourth bathroom immediately if not sooner
# 3. All clothing is immediately displayed in the washing machine to wash in hot soapy water
# 4. The furniture and carpets must be exposed to steam cleaning
# 5. Any house plants should be moved outdoors for at least three weeks
# 6. Indoor plants should be treated with a murderer of insects or spray with a combination of diluted dish soap and vegetable oil (4 tablespoons of dish soap and 4 teaspoons vegetable oil per gallon of water) or diluted Safe Solutions, Inc. Enzyme Cleaner with Peppermint (1 to 2 oz per gallon of water).
Repeat every week for 3 weeks, before returning the house plants.
# 6. Bedding should be washed in hot soapy water if you are exposed

Keep all grass cut and weeds and shrubbery or brush cut back in any way. All the bushes and let the batteries should be removed.

To help keep chiggers at bay aerosol use areas with an insect repellent or spray with vegetable spray for three weeks, the same as house plants.
