What can I do for my indoor potted hydangea?

The pink potted hydrangea plants in my husband bought me for Valentine's Day seems they are suffering. I notice the flowers begin to wilt and hang a couple of times but the water helped rejuvenate her. Since then I have been watering more, but the edges of the leaves and petals are turning brown and dry. Should I cut or pick them off? I have even more water? Help! I love my plant and not to kill him.

Gardening Tips : How to Dry Hydrangea Flowers

Wreaths of dried hydrangeas are so beautiful and versatile in a house, and a lot of fun to do so.

You can buy flowers dried hydrangea and your local craft store, or you can dry your account. The biggest trick when drying your own is the time when you pick the flowers. It is best to collect just before you anticipate your first fall frost. If you choose to mid summer, just not dry properly.

You can hang upside down in a dark room to dry, or can place them in a vase upright, even adding a little water in the bottom of the glass, but even that is optional. To the extent set out at the right time is difficult to fail with them. It's fun if you can, and pick flowers of several different shrubs, by providing a good variety of colors to crown. After they are dried, pick off the dead / discolored brown flowers.

Now, choose the database type to use for a crown. My personal favorites are Styrofoam or grapevine type wreath bases. Many times people expect dried floral arrangements to last forever, and are disappointed when they start looking bad after a few years. This is a misconception. Expect to look good for a year, which is really all about which were built to last.

If they are in direct sunlight will be a much shorter time. However, next year, feel free to the age of the flowers outside, and do another with the same base value of one year more than once magnificent crown indeed!
